It is an American Silat system heavily influenced by many Indonesian & Malaysian Pencak Silat Systems, Internal Martial Arts, Chi Kung & Ilmu Kebatinan. We teach how to fight and defend one self but also how to heal and preserve life.

Cimande -  flowing waters or River, or stream from where all rivers flow out of.

Gerak - Inspired movements from the Divine, Kinetic Motion
